A popup Help window?

You may have noticed that in any dialog box that might require some sort of explanation as to what it's there for or what you need to do there's a Help button.

Click on this button and a useful popup Help window will appear, like this one (and if it doesn't keep scrolling down this page)...

This very useful context sensitive popup Help system uses the 32 bit Help engine WinHlp32.exe which Microsoft doesn't include in Windows 7 or 8.

Not a problem though as you can download and install the file from Microsoft by clicking on this link and following the instructions provided...

Sadly at this stage Microsoft are yet to provide a fix for Windows 10, however if you look here you'll find one...
