If you like to keep tasting notes, your own or even someone else's like these notes from the Mitchelton web site, then there's plenty of room to do so.
In fact the program has a pretty well featured text editor which is shown here.
Amoungst other things it allows you to paste in data from other sources or use your tasting notes elsewhere. (Jun 1994)
